Please describe any skills, qualifications or experience you have and are willing to offer:
To what level would you like to be involved in the Festival? You may tick as many boxes as you like.
Skill share	For people who wish to contribute their specialist skill and experience (eg: graphic design) to help out in their desired area. This will mostly involve pre-event contribution and organisation.
General Festival Volunteer	For people who do not have a lot of time to commit, but are keen to be involved and are able to help out around the time of the Festival with setup, Staffing on the day and packup.
Portfolio Volunteer	You will be assigned to work in a group, coordinated by a Portfolio Manager, to ensure that all required tasks are being carried out. Being a Portfolio Volunteer will require a medium level of commitment prior to the event and will involve attending some meetings.
Portfolio Manager	This role requires a high level of participation and commitment from reliable, capable Volunteers. You will take on the responsibility of coordinating the Portfolio group and will be in charge of organising other Volunteers. You will conduct your own meetings, and perform some administrative tasks, with support from the Festival Coordinators. Portfolio Managers are part of the Festival Management Group and are required to attend meetings to provide updates on your group.
Festival Management Group	The Festival Management Group is the ‘Working Party’ that organises the running of the Festival. They meet regularly in the few months leading up to the event, and a couple of times post-event. This group consists of the Festival Coordinators, the Portfolio Managers and other interested people who are prepared to play a key role in overseeing the operation of the Festival.
Living it Now! Committee	The Living it Now Committee is the ‘overseeing’ body charged with concept development and the financial management of the Festival and it’s proceeds. As a steering group, their role consists of formulating and reviewing policy and procedure, attracting funding, and making general decisions regarding the establishment and organisation of the Festival and other related events and functions. This group meets monthly throughout the year and carries the Vision and direction of Living it Now!
